All returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to ensure a smooth refund process.

Contact our customer support team via the official portal with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition.

Receive Return Authorization

Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

Package and Ship

Securely pack the device in its original box to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for functionality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
